2-4 people can join us from 9:00-14:00 for a “homemade cheese experience” in Strand. We will prepare lunch with the cheese we made. Haloumi, mozzarella and ricotta.  Contact us at least a week in advance, please.
Weekend Sleepovers at Foxenburg Estate close to Wellington, where you can watch the goats being milked – from September to April. Make some of your own cheese for dinner and the next morning’s breakfast. Elaine and Leon the Milkman will stay with you and guide you in this peaceful experience, in this wonderful setting. Foxenburg also makes their own olive oil on the farm for us to taste and see the process.
